Possibly the best old school sandwich shop in Wilmington. A friend that lived near their shop introduced me to Sub Stop 20 years ago and I still love to stop by for my go to sandwich, their Sub Stopper. The staff is friendly, personable, and efficient and the food is great. Get the Sub Stopper warm and enjoy with a cold Dr Pepper.
Absolutely favorite place to get subs!! Must try the steak sub. But my absolute favorite go to is getting a turkey sub and an order of the best chicken fingers and adding them to my sub!! IDK why chicken fingers subs arent a thing around here.. The homemade ranch is so good!!
Best subs Ive ever had. Ive been going here for over 15 years and Ive recommended it to so many people who have also come to love this place. Hopefully one day theyll open a second location in Charlotte. This is the only place Ill go to for subs.

It gets better and better everytime we go. Chicken Philly, amazing. Best onion rings around. Dont get me started on the ranch. Its the only place to go for a sandwich. IYKYK
